Introducing AXNÉR; the brand new project from one half of London’s Disco Freaks, Chris Davies and Swedish singer Julia Axnér. After two years in the works, the duo are ready to to unveil their unique brand of 70’s inspired grooves with a distinctive modern touch.

Their first track ‘Got The Look’ is a self-empowered disco celebration of getting your glow on and heading to the club for a boogie. It features the man behind the beats for Nile Rodgers & Chic, Ralph Rolle and was recorded across studio sessions in the capital and co-produced remotely from one lockdown to the next. This single is an original production with full live instrumentation, including: Joel Sarakula on Rhodes, Paul Housden on bass, a super-tight Philly brass section plus a scorching sax solo to finish things off.

AXNÉR’s debut is dance floor dynamite & they’re ready to explode.
